Satisfied with the product but unhappy with the delivery service, there were a lot of hassles, and I had to follow up more than twice without any feedback from ACE Auto. Would have appreciated an alert as to ''there will be a delay or there is a delay''. It was quite upsetting to be told that the courier will be unable to enter my location and I must meet them somewhere. You might as well not charge delivery and allow us to collect at the local branch.
