Services Offered: Auto Italia is an auto body repairer specialized and equipped to repair all makes of vehicles, LDV’s and trucks. We also offer the convenience of a same day repair and spray service on minor dents as well as bumper repairs/exchanges. Quotation/Repair Assessment Using modern technology quotes and digital assessments are processed making sure that the vehicle is checked for latent damage that may occur in a collision. The administration team will assist in completing and expediting all necessary documentation to make it as convenient as possible. Auto Italia is approved by many major insurance companies. Body Work / Vehicle Measurement: Using only the latest hi-tech equipment, vehicles are repaired & restored to original factory specifications. Equipment such as the Black Hawk 2000 speed bench and Chief 3 Post heavy-duty chassis jig straightener with measuring system are used in this process. The latest technology of Spot and Argon C02 welding equipment is also used. Once the vehicle is inspected with surgical precision and the specialists are satisfied that the vehicle is restored, we move to the paint shop finishing process. Spraypainting & Baked Enamel: Preparation and undercoating are done using the Hamach paint preparation and dust-free Festo dry sanding equipment. Paint is applied using state of the art laboratory of the colour matching system to restore the vehicle to its original colour specification. Once the vehicle is sprayed to a perfect finish, the heating system is used to ensure a guaranteed immaculate baked enamel finish. Assembly: All vehicles are assembled by qualified mechanical assemblers. The vehicle is checked that the water heating system, oils, and fluids are filled, the aircon is re-gassed, all lights and electrical components are fully functional and focused. Whenever necessary the vehicle is sent for wheel alignment and balancing. Finally a post-repair safety check is carried out to ensure that the vehicle is ready before releasing it to the client.
